Complete as many rounds as you can in thirty minutes of:
Five pull-ups
Five ring dips
15 Sit-ups

14 rounds + 4 pullups

holy sweat puddle! completely soaked from head to toe. this was a hard one. humbling too, because i see people posting 27+ rounds on the board. thats insane
