the following link which is w/f safe is to a website that purports to raise fitness levels via a machine in a quasi-crossfit way.

imo, I think our friends in the great white north got a bit of a chill on the brain and it addled them some.

Hate to burst your bubble Franklin, but the ROM machine has been in the US for awhile now, with 2 locations available here in Vegas. There was a thread about it awhile back. To buy one would run you about the same as a cadillac. The combination of the vibe plate with the ROM is new, though the vibe plate itself has been mentioned before as well. It's unfortunate that some believe results come from little to no effort.

They have one of these places in Colorado Springs. They call it the "Quick Workout". Is this the same thing they sell in the airline magazines for $14K?
