Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

Long time Listener First time caller

ok, ok, not "long" time. I've been cross fitting for about a year at a couple different boxes. I am now building my home gym. Actually my rogue shipment should get here tomorrow and thats when the real action starts. Just wanted to say Hi and I look forward to picking the brains of you guys. I know there is a wealth of knowledge already available on these forums. And I know some of you guys have been in it from the inception. Thanks for starting the path.

Would love recommendations for must reads.

I always love seeing the home gyms that people put together in various stages. Make sure to take plenty of pics while you're doing it! What all is coming in your goodie bag?

Me too Greg! I have like 150 pics of people's garage gyms in a gallery on Pinterest. There are some badass garage gyms out there.

Greg It showed up yesterday...30 mins before I had to go to work. So I was only able to open up my bar.

As far as Inventory:
-1 Ohio Bar Black w/ Black Sleeves (Black Sleeves seems pointless, finish is already starting to wear after just a couple of plates on and off)
-260 LBs. of Hi Temp Bumpers
-2 35lb KB (1 Rogue, 1 From dicks I already had)
-1 53lb KB (Rogue)
-1 55lb KB (Again From Dicks)
-1 weighted bearing Jump rope(dicks)
-1 Speed rope (Rogue)
-rogue metal rings
-abmat 2 firm
-addidas powerlift 2
-hand chalk
-wrist wraps
-Iron woody bands
-lockjaw collars
-homemade 30x20x24 plyobox
-homemade squat rack/pull up rig(Well it's definitely a squat rack, I haven't had the chance to test if I can do pull-ups on it yet. It is one made with 5 gallon buckets and 2x4's. I know I won't be able to kip on it but hopefully strict)
-pvc pipe

I think thats all i got right now. I will post a pic when I can figure out whats wrong with my iPhoto.
