Clean form check

Feeling a lot more comfortable with my cleans. any advice would be much appreciated.

Your first motion should not be down. It gives you slack in your arms and causes you to pull really early.

Your butt is also raising faster than your shoulders on the first pull. You want them to go up at the same rate until the bar gets past your knees. What this is doing is pulling the bar out from your body.

Also, if you are going for a full (squat) clean in the second video, you didn't quite get to depth.

what he said^^^^^^it shouldn't be an explosive pull off the ground until you pass your knees... don't jerk it off the ground waisting a lot of energy there too
