Intermittent Fasting

Thinking about giving this a try. Anyone have any pointers or any good website links to direct me to? Thanks.

Re: Intermittent Fasting (WFS)
Those who say it can't be done shouldn't interrupt the people doing it.

Re: Intermittent Fasting

+1 what Dan said. Mike OD runs a great site over there, lots of information. Also, check out WFS!!!

Greg just remember that IF is a tool that can be used in a life long diet plan. It by itself is not a life long diet plan. Do not attempt it if you do not have your diet dialed in already(ie Paleo/zone) or you willl be on a different diet plan called IFOC.

Re: Intermittent Fasting

I love IF and I will never go back. I have diabetes in my family and I strongly believe in the insulin sensitivity benefits. You can just feel your body responding properly to food, everything even tastes better.
