Mid-Atlantic Qualifier WODs posted!

These are for Saturday:

(1) Row 2k for time.

(2) 3 rds for time:
10 DL @275/185
50 Double Unders

(3) For time:
Run 400m
21 OHS @ 95/65
21 Box Jumps 24"/20"
Run 400m
15 OHS
15 Box Jumps
Run 400m
9 OHS
9 Box Jumps

If it is raining Saturday, burpees will replace the box jumps.

Sunday's WOD is TBA Saturday after the final heat of the last WOD.

i feel bad for the judges that need to count double unders.

these look fun!

also, raining would be awesome yay hardcore cfers that do wods in the rain!

Legs are going to be DESTROYED after Saturday. I cant wait to get down the Virginia Beach and get this party started. These wods dont play to my strengths, but thats why I love Crossfit!

Nah - that's actually easy to do/see. And especially true since "misses" do not count.

yes, they do look fun - especially the Run, OHS, Box Jump WOD.

I wouldnt even be able to do the DL's X 10

Everything else would be OK. Row 2k for time sounds fun! Never done that.

Oooh, double unders are always fun! Burpees in the rain really sounds like fun though, I hope it rains!

Anyone know if the standings are based on combined times (like so cal) or rankings (like great basin)?

oh wow....those first two are literally my perfect workouts. I'd get dominated on almost anything else (and maybe those too ) by the firebreathers. Would not be surprised if a tall dude made it out of that qualy though.
