CFing for 2 months
Hey guys, I have been doing this for 2 months as a challenge from a crew member. I am currently deployed in the Middle East and am a Fire Fighter in the Air Force. So I started 1 Feb 09 and here are my results so far. I have set new PR's everytime I do a Named WOD, hands down everytime! I do the dot com 3 on 1 off.
Feb 1 stats:
BW 245 lbs
B Squat 220 lbs
Bench 225 lbs
Pull-up 1 dead hang
Fran 15 minutes with assisted pull-ups... oh I cringe to even write that down
March 26 Stats:
BW 233 lbs
B Squat 305 lbs
F Squat 225 lbs
Dead lift 385 lbs
P Clean 185 lbs
Bench 275 lbs
Standing Shoulder Press 145 lbs
Jerk 190 lbs
Pull-ups 25 with kipping
We do 2 WODS daily and always the WOD on main page. And the only thing that we can't do is any rings we don't have them. We will be home the beginning of May and will be hitting up CF TRIBE, and LowCountry CF!!
