I fell off the wagon

Had to go to a meeting today.

Didn't think it would take long so didn't take any food with me.

3 hours later - I'm so hungry.

Usually it's pretty much paleo - but today I consumed.....McDonalds Chicken Strippers. Seemed the best of a bad bunch but still not good.

No worries. The best part of "falling off the wagon", is that you can get right back on it with your very next meal.

Don't worry about it Liam. I know of a certain affiliate owner that likes a Big Mac before he does heavy dead lifts and it hasn't hurt him any.

Oh and in case I'm wrong what Kurt doesn't get I call dibs on.
