After being a bit unhappy with crossfit last week, doing 60kg military press before the weekend and 55kg after (probably due to a weekend of drinking), I've decided to step up a notch and have adopted Crossfit North's Level 2 as my aim to complete by June.
Today I just increased my weighted pullup PB from 27.5 in October to 32.5kg (bodyweight 87kg). On my rest day I did my first 500m row at 1 min 42, and then threw down 100 squats (50 more than my PB). Crossfit really does work, and quickly as well!
Choosing crossfit over regulation body building has been the easiest and best decision of my life, if only choosing between gymnastics and martial arts was as easy!
