I need to execute it early, too. I will be on a plane on the 7th on my way to Atlanta. I'll need to scale weights, as usual.

Let me say this now 3/4 of a mile of burpees is utter insanity. Therefore it perfectly fits in with Painstorm history so let's do it!

Bonus points to anyone who comes up with a way of doing this in a commercial gym on a treadmill?

I remember reading about Beck's burpees in a previous post and I looked everywhere but didn't find anything.
Could someone please describe them?
Thank you.

Broad jump in place of a vertical jump, Paul, if I'm reading Jeff's description right on the Brand X forum.

Sucks, huh? *grin*

Laura/Paul,

Laura has it spot on, it is a cunning way of combatting lame arse jumps at the end of the CrossFit burpee cycle. Do a lame arse broad jump when distance is at stake and you end up doing more of them.....this is gonna be cool.
