I generally buy the plain yogurt. Organic when I can afford it. I will do 1/2 cup of yogurt then add about half a teaspoon of cinnamon and then 3 almonds. I also add about 3 drops of Stevia to sweeten it up. For those on the Zone I think that would be 1 block.

eat it when you're hungry. it's amazing how food can become palatable when hunger is involved.

a couple of times of that and then regular yogurt will be too sweet.

in the interim cut up fruit and mix with your yogurt

I put a little bit of pure vanilla extract (not the imitation stuff!) in plain yogurt. They sell a great one at Trader Joes's, it's called "Pure Tahitian Vanilla Extract".

I make Kefir instead of Yogurt, not sweet, cheap and much better for you.
Just make sure you start with the grains and not the cultured powders.

Kefir is the bomb, IF you like a cultured product, either dairy, cultured water(honest) or veggies. Dom site is the definitive source for info and grains. There is a lady in this country that supplies them, but I have extra and will gladly ship some to you if interested. Review the below Work/Family safe link, let me know what you think.
Have a super weekend, maybe I'll see you at Pittsburgh Cert.
