I've been eating Zone-ish for a couple of months now but am having trouble leaning out my lower abs and hips. I figure it's worth trying strict Zone but am perplexed by the quantities.
Although we still weight ourselves in pounds and measure ourselves in feet and inches, food in the UK is sold in grams, and I have no clue how much equates to a "cup". I can probably find an imperial to metric converter online but can anyone help with "cups"? Cheers!
