Coop's Garage Gym

I'd like to start this thread to document some of the changes my garage gym goes through.

This is the most recent tour:

Cooper -
Nice video. I like to see clips where you're actually using the equipment instead of all show-and-tell.

You made a comment about your sandbag leaking sand. I've got a GoRuck sandbag. When I filled their inserts, I put the sand into contractor trash bags, wrapped it in Gorilla grey tape, and haven't hand any problems with leakage.

You've got a lot of clever DIY equipment. I'm a fan. The rope climb / ring hole is great!

Everyone else -
You've got to check out his video at 11:10. The axle barbell made with Home Depot parts is pretty clever.

Thanks for the kind words Christopher!

That's a good idea on the sandbags, it get's pretty annoying when they leak. By the way, that axle bar is a beast, I couldn't believe how well it performs for how cheap it was. I've loaded it up with 5 plates and have had no issues with bending or anything.

Re: Coop's Garage Gym

While I applaud home gyms and walk-throughs, 20 minutes is way too long for me to sit and watch.

I got a sense of it from the wide shot at the beginning, and Great Job!!

Good critique, I can be long winded at times. Thank you!

The bar is out of this world! I haven't used the rack yet, I have to sell a different one before I have room to set it up.
