Fitness Goals for 2010?

What are your goals for the year? What will you do to achieve them?

major goals:
sub 18:03 5k run time. At 19:05 and gunning for sophmore record next XC season.
Also I want to increase all my lifts so my deadlift is closer to 250 for 5rm and back squat is up there as well.

Doing S.S cycle during lacrosse season for strength goals then crossfit and crossfit endurance with strict paleo for endurance goals

I'm looking to maximze my fitness(duh) by hopefully reducing the amount of over-use issues I've experienced over the past year or so. My thought is that my overall performance has to go up if I'm not dealing with nagging injuries from the constant pounding they get from training the way I've been. I'm looking at tweeking pretty much everything in that I want to be more well-rounded. This means I want to bring my eating in line with my training(heavy concentration on primal eating), more rest days overall, more joint flexibility in the shoulders, hips and back, and trying to remove my ego from the equation as much as possible when I know I'm likely pushing too far into my "redline". When I say this, I mean I gotta be honest and acknowledge my back surgery I had 3.5 years ago will limit some of the heavy Olypic lifts, so the reality of body-weight snatches probably ain't gonna happen I also want to place a bit more of an emphasis of work-related(firefighter) training. Drags, hauling and sledgehammer swings come to mind. Hopefully, these changes will produce some positive results.

For as contrary as this may be to the ever-present "what are your goals" theme here, as of yet I have no measurable goals.

My plan is to just keep busting my tail in the gym and keep controlling/refining my diet. My BF%, whatever it may be, is undoubtedly too high, but that'll be corrected over time through the WODs & diet. With that will come better aerobic capacity, which is a major detractor in my performance right now.

I'd like to learn to run "properly," be it Chi or Pose technique. The run component of my box's WODs really slows me down and wears me out. I guess if I had to name any certain goal, that'd be it, although it's not really that measurable of a goal.

-Run a 5k.
Never done it in my life, and has always been a mental barrier.
-Muscle up.
-Body Weight power clean.

By the end of the year:
DL 600 (currently 523)
Keep my BS over 500
BP 315 (gym touch and go)
OHP 200 (recent PR is 185)
Sub 7 minute mile (nowhere close to this right now)
Compete in my second raw PL meet @242 or less

In the next few months:
Bodyweight below 242, stretch goal of getting down to 220?
Rehab my shoulder so it is relatively pain free (vague, I know)

Bench/Power Clean 300 - Current 205 and 180

In no real order:

Deadlift 400#
Clean 255#
Set new PR on 100 mile run
500yd combat sidestroke under 8:45
Run 1600m under 5:00
Run 1.5 mile in boots and pants under 8:30
Fran under 2:30
100 pushups under 2:00
30 strict pullups
Complete 5 mile swim with fins
