Talking Today I Weighed In at 199.6 "OnederLand Baby"

Here's my story...

Hi my name is Gayle and I'm in VA, I started CrossFit October 27th, 2008...
I started because I need a trainer who would keep me accountable and kick my butt at the same time!

BEFORE CROSSFIT
I was doing my own thing...
Walking on a Treadmill for an Hour 5x a week with some machines work here and there...
August 1st, 2008 I weighed 234 LBS.
October 27th, 2008 I weighed 217 LBS.
From Aug 1st - Oct 27th I lost 16 Pounds...
(that's 16 lbs. in 87 Days)

WITH CROSSFIT
October 27th, 2008 I weighed 217 lbs.
November 30th, 2008 I weighed 202 lbs.
From Oct 27th - Nov 30th I lost 15 Pounds...
(that's 15 lbs. in 34 Days!)

Today is a HUGE DAY for ME
I weighed in at 199.6 lbs.
I'm in ONDERLAND!!!!!

CrossFit is Changing my LIFE!!!!

Check out my Pictures Below...
The 1st one I'm 234 Pounds and the 2nd one I'm 204 Pounds
I'm now DOWN a TOTAL OF 34.4 Pounds!!!!
I'm 5'0" and 26 years old...
My GOAL Weight is to be 120-125!

??? As of this far I've just been eating better and not going over 1300 calories
But now that I've been on here I see A LOT about Paleo and The Zone so I decided to try one of them out for the next 30 days....
Starting this week I plan to start the PALEO food plan...
I'm CLUELESS about it so ANY HELP would be AWESOME!!! ???

Thanks in Advance!!!!

Read Enter the Zone by Barry Sears and combine that with Paleo foods. Add CrossFit and you should be 125 in a year or so easy.

Great work Gayle!

In addition to getting lighter, have you been feeling more fit? Seeing performance improvements? I'd love for you to keep us posted on your progress in that area too.

Keep it up and keep letting us know how it's going! If you ever get discouraged remember that the whole community is pulling for you!

Gayle, you are a huge inspiration! Incredible job!

The Paleo Diet by Loren Cordain is really good reading, and the nutrition board has a lot of good information (beware, it's addictive!). On the competition board is the "Kick the Sugar/Grains Habit" thread, which is good support and accountability.

Keep up the awesome work!
