help please new to cross fit from the uk...

Hi

i train Mon/wed/Fri 2 hours per day Bjj , im finding it hard to put in cross fit and have rest days, anyone one got an idea or had the same problem.

It takes time to get fitness to the level where you can be doing two hard workouts (bjj and crossfit) together. Take it easy and let your body develop.

That said, make sure to STRETCH a lot or your muscles will have a much harder time recovering and working at their peak.

Agreed - be patient with yourself and know that there will be an adjustment period for your body to adapt to the higher workload you're putting on it. Make sure you eat and sleep properly. Drink lots of water. All those things will aid in your recovery and in your performance.
