Hey people. I have just been hired at a Big Box club as a trainer in London Ontario and thought I'd put the question out there. I will be doing crossfit and nothing but. I have been doing crossfit on and off now for almost a year Level 1 certified) and am canfit pro certified as well. Obviously I will be starting with low numbers but I know it will not take long to catch on. The problem lies in the fact that I am unsure of the starting blocks of crossfit because it is something I struggled with as well but I was in ok shape to begin. Where would a novice begin besides tons of technique coaching on squats deads presses med ball cleans, that kind of thing. I will be going to brand x for the modded wods and everything but any help would be appreciated.
