Re: A Bears Tale

Still great time Scott, eorm. I got 17burpees myself, I had to shake out my legs, I started going in slow motion getting back up, my legs were all fat and hard to move.

Anyway, forget it and move on, the best of us have them. Head up and focus on the regionals!

P.S Back to training tomorrow!
Definately a mare Jordan, it got worse when I got home, dropped a can of beer and it sprayed the whole kitchen, call it a clumsy day.

Forgot to say Nik, my shoulders were burning like mad on the double unders they were always the stopping point, guess I have over-HSPU'd them. You call your legs fat, probably pumped with blood

Re: A Bears Tale

Yea pumped with blood or full of lactic acid. They were hard to move, they felt thick and slow, like walking through the surf.

You doing DT? Will that fit your programming?

Missed your entry earlier Leon, we must of posted same time.

The time should of been quicker, I was in a bad mood from the HSPU's and tend to get a bit aggressive on the rope which is bad. Today my HPC is going to need to have really improved, really lose the form over high reps and last time this took 21.55.

I knew the MR burpee's were for the sub but wanted to keep as close as possible to what we agreed , at least all I need tonight is a bit of floor space and a bar.

Yes DT fits just fine thanks Nik, definately wont be putting much else in either as this is enough, wanted to do some pull ups but my grip will be non-existent after this already.

Your gonna get 'Fat Forearms' today.
