Well, this is my first video of the MU's and I was already tired since I was spotting my daughter up those rings to begin with. She is hillarious. Miracle that she did not laugh out loud while I was trying to do them also. Began to lose the false grip on third MU and then I lost it on fourth.

Good job on the MU's. THey look really sound. Good form. Interesting start though, with your false grip pointed out vice in. Havent seen that before, but it apparantly works very well for you. Good job!

Thanks Chris. I read that you had success also on another post. Kudos!!! How are your forearms now? LOL, my forearm is aching since I do a couple of sets 4 times a week like GTG ideology.:g: Trying to figure out what is causing it since it's only my dominant arm that has it.

Nice work! I really have to work on my full extension in the pull-up. I also have no kip so I'm making it harder on myself.
Strong work can't wait to see more!

Nail five and then start trying them without the kip.

Nice work though buddy.

Thanks guys, I've been trying without the kip at times and find I can crank out two or three before the forearm acts up. That's why I use the kip at the beginning just to get the reps in.

Will continue to improve on the no kip MU's though and hope to improve soon. I'll be posting more soon also. :-)
