My error. Looks like my original order was December 19. According to Tyler's website, all orders through Dec 11 have been fulfilled.

Well, SOMEONE got a couple nice sets of rings.

Fedex never fails to screw me over. Like I mentioned earlier, I had my rings shipped to work. Well, I seen the expected delivery date was today, and I figured that since our office was closed, I wouldn't get them until the next delivery day.

Au contraire, I received an email a little bit ago saying they were delivered... wha?! I wonder if this is a good thing or a bad thing as I haul butt over to the office. I get to my office and sure enough everything is closed and there's no package to be found. I run upstairs to my computer and check the tracking info to find "Left at front door. Signature Service not requested." huh?! I run back downstairs and look all around the building to find nothing. The first floor is parking, the 2nd floor is several different businesses, as well as the 3rd floor (which is where our office is). I looked all over the building and didn't find anyone. I check the tracking number a few more times and looked all over to find nothing. GRRRRR! I called Fedex and the representative said she'd create a ticket and someone 'should' contact me in 24-48 hours. freaking great. i hate fedex. this is like the 4th or 5th time they've screwed me over in the past 2 years. i'll pay twice as much to use UPS or anyone else over Fedex.

im fuming.

Worse part is whomever took your package is like, "What the hell are these?!?!" UPS lost a 30# box of bumpers on me for like two weeks, that does suck, Sorry.

Don't worry, we'll get it worked out. At least you already have a second set on the way. And I'm sure FedEx will figure out what happened to the first one.
I've had a few cases where they left a package on a neighbor's doorstep because the intended recipient was not home. The neighbor then threw the package away! Luckily things like this don't happen too often. The quality of FedEx vs UPS seems to vary from location to location.
I have more rings that will ship out on Monday, which should cover everyone up till Dec 12 and a bit beyond that.

Got the email! I was Dec 12.

I'm guessing (hoping) no more than 2 weeks to ship to Western Canada.

Man oh man, was I lucky. I've been following this thread, just waiting for that email to come from Tyler. Read Stanley's post that orders made on December 12th (my order day as well) got confirmation emails. Go to check my inbox and...nothing! Just as I was about to go crazy, I checked my "Junk Email" folder, and there it was! No idea why, but I'm stoked, and hopefully no one else repeats my mistake.
