That fake sugar crap still confuses the body and forces an insulin response. It might not have calories, but your body still generates a response. Sorry dude, you have to tone it down to water, tea or coffee (Black) if you want to see the results.

Artificial sweeteners still create an insulin response, and are all man-made chemicals. Keeping anything engineered in a lab out of your body is a good idea in general.

I second the vote for water with lime juice squeezed in (lemon works too). It taste great and even helps with digestion by balancing your acid/alkaline level.

well I am making some tea tonight - gonna throw some peaches in for extra flavor as just straight tea might send me in a sugar scavenger hunt. I guess its water and more water .. YEA!
