I know a few of you crossfitters use this program, I'm just wondering what your daily count is, and what your single max set is?

I'm around 16 supinated in a single set and do want to underdo myself as far as what I should be doing daily to make gains. Typically I do the program and a few extra sets later on in the day, is there really any overdoing it?
