i have been getting migraines for a few years now and thankfully my crossfit has not seemed to create an increase in migraines as i have read that others have had.
but my question is whether or not someone do a WOD after one has just passed earlier that day.

i just had one this morning and am going to try the
1-1-1-1-1 shoulder press
3-3-3-3-3 push press
5-5-5-5-5 push jerk

is this wise? i feel completely fine now (THANK GOD FOR ZOMIG.)

Honestly, you're probably the only one who can answer that question. Nobody else can possibly know how you feel - everyone's migraines have their own personality, and one migraine from the next even with the same person varies in intensity.

Sometimes I get the blindness and a dull headache, so I take my meds and I'm good for the rest of the day. Other times I take tons of meds, it doesn't help, and I can't function and am still worn out from it the next day. It really just depends on your personal experience.
