Pancakes are a cheat for you? Those are on my "avoid at all costs" list no matter what my eating looks like.

Why?

A cheat is a cheat for me. My cheats are normally sweet things. I don't care for breads, pizza etc, although I will have them. Chips etc are never on there either.
But most sweets are a go (except for really gross ones like Hostess etc)

It was two orders of sweet and sour chicken with pork fried rice.... literally like a pound of rice and a mountain of fried chicken lol. It seems innocent until you fully appreciate the sheer volume of food it was.

I've been zoning pretty strict for 3 weeks now. I had a big cheat day the other night, had about 6 pieces of pizza, ice cream for desert and more ice cream later before bed, with chopped almonds....

cheat days are very good.

Scott -- haha ok that's true. It's too bad, I was really looking forward to ice cream tonight, but I honestly don't think I can handle it. SURE I want some, but I don't think my body would like it too much ...

Noah -- Agreed, cheat days are so good. It just makes you enjoy treats that much more. Not that I enjoy feeling like crap, but let's be honest, that food DOES taste good. And not having it for a while allows the times you DO have to be that much more enjoyable.

Well I finished up the day with some more dark chocolate and 2 more pieces of fudge.

CLEAN EATING from now on!

I am truly impressed. You would make Gant proud with the calories you've put away today.

I'm guessing you'll have plenty of glycogen for your oly work and any gpp you may be doing.

Haha yeah hopefully I won't have TOO much. I'll be hitting the weights hard, for sure.

I wonder what my caloric intake was today ... ???
