Thursday 8th May

DIANE
21-15-9
Deadlift 225lb
Handstand Pushups - 14.06.82 first time as RXD

The HSPU's got very hard very fast , so i still have a long way to go with them!!

PULL-UP LADDER - 16 rounds 12 reps (PR 16 rounds 16 reps without Diane first)

Friday 9th May

OHS 75lb 100 reps for time - 7.01 (Active rest) plus some core work.

Thankyou Richard, we seem to be taking it in turns to have winning streaks.

I will try to keep it going tomorrow and set you a nice goal for Sunday.
Are you still going to be doing all the WOD's now your starting your new programme?

My programme won't aloud any WOD, but I'll just squeeze 1 in every week. I changed the days now, it'll be Sunday*Tuesday*Thursday + WOD on Friday. I'll check how you did and choose just 1 of the WODs, it's better than nothing for me

Im paying for it now Stephen, i was hoping the OHS would loosen my legs up, it did for about an hour but now walking is a mission!! MY FAULT

I ALSO HOPE ITS NO SHOULDERS TOMORROW!! !!!!!fraaaannn!!!!

It's FRAN TIME !!!!!!!!!!!!! How did you know it ?

I don't want to compromise my first day on the program tomorrow, but I you already know that I'm doing it on Friday. It's Friday-Fran !
