Thanks Nik, its the most I have done in the globo so was not dissappointed, as soon as it starts getting busy in the weights area my head goes a bit and I stop commiting to the jerk.

Thanks Ernie, legs feel all recovered now and ready to get smashed again, last two days have been easy on them. Are your legs ready for something tomorrow as I see it coming.

So DB work for you today. even if I did todays, the biggest DB we have are 40's(18k) so it would be an easy day for me.

Oh don't forget to throw a set of curls in wile you have the DBs handy!

Yes, even at CF Essex they only go up to 20k dumbels so its a good day to have a GloboGym, never thought I would say that!!

I was thinking about doing the cleans as curls Nik, give my arms a bit of a pump.

Lol you'll get a shoulder pump too if you do shoulder press instead of push press lol.

I went with squat cleans and push press so no way would I of held onto the DBs with all that pumping going on!!

Shoulder Press 3-3-3-3-3

72.5k x 2
72.5k x 2
70k x 3
70k x 3
70k x 3

5 rounds for time:
5 DB Deadlifts
5 DB Hang Squat Cleans
5 DB Push Press
5 DB Squats - 20k - 24k - 28k - 30k - 32k F

Do not release DB's for whole set or its fail.

Happy with that score, on the 32ks I missed the 3rd squat clean but kept hold of DBs and got it and the next 2, got to push press and could not even hold them up anymore so bailed out, will get it next time by making 32k my 3rd set.

Thanks Ernie. Not just the grip, its keeping those DB's racked and in the right place that kills you, on the squats they really want to drag you forwards.
