LOL! I haven't done Grace since May 2009 (at least that's all I can find) and it was in 6:15. So, 4 years later, with poor shoulder health and mediocre fitness, I get a 2 second PR. haha! I'll take it.

Last time testes max rep chinups was in 2009 and got 49 reps. I was also 10 pounds lighter...I'm pleased with 41 reps today.
