Jodi (F/33/122) 8am yoga AMRAP in 15 minutes of: 10 Chinups 200m Run 10 WallBalls, 14 pounds Score: 6 Rounds + 10 Chinups That was a gross little workout. Glad I got to do it with the 9am crew - it made it much more enjoyable. The Kids Open House was soooooooo much fun!! Now to eat and have a nap. What a great day!! |

I'll get you 116! ![]() Cleans 115x2 116x2 117x2 118x2 119x2 120x2 121x2 122x2 123x2 130x1 137x1 144x1 Squat 175x1 195x1 215x1 215 was easy but I didn't have a spotter so I called it a day. Clean 136x1 141x1 146x1 These haven't been much better Front Squat 151x1 156x1 161x1 166x1 171x1 "Angie" 100 Chinups 100 Pushups 100 Situps 100 Squats Time: 23:58 Slow but did it. Still sore from earlier in the week and it's been a very rough week. Happy overall. |
