Looking for Coaches to Hire in Milwaukee(ish).

Hi All,

We have a box about 45 minutes from downtown Milwaukee, and due to our growth (about 100 members in 9 months) plus the interest of developing other programs, I'm really in the market to get some more coaches. Not that I'd be completely against other female coaches if it's the right person, but a guy coach would be a good gender balance. Anyone know of any great coaches looking?

Also, I would love some input on a coach's transition into the position. Shadowing, couple hours of coaching a week, etc...that you have made coaches complete before being set loose.

And finally, compensation: free membership? Payment? How much?
