Numbers don't lie...

Looking back through my little note pad I take to the gym I see I did my first real Crossfit workout on February 19th and it was "Fran". On March 9th I did "Lynne" and much results were less than impressive:

Rnds. 1. 10/16 Body weight bench (165#) and pullups
2. 10/14
3. 9/10
4. 7/9
5. 7/9

Total 95

Today, in place of the 10k run I did "Lynne" again and left with a on.

Rnds. 1. 11/20
2. 11/23
3. 9/15
4. 7/16
5. 7/12

Total 131
