Still sore/fatigued after Barbara Lite...

Actually more fatigued than sore, but I couldn't edit the subject title...

Would you: Take another day of rest OR hope that with a good warm up feel better and go through todays C &J?

its what I'm leaning toward as well.

There's an acronym in the Ironman Triathlon community that's used quite often:

HTFU

Harden the F Up.

It most likely applies to me today. I just needed to hear it from others.

I am glad I am not the only person who feels like he just got destroyed by Barbara.

I'm still a bit sore, but not really feeling fatigued. I'm going to just get a good warmup in and then hit the WOD.

Dude,
during the 4th and 5th round, I felt like I was actually doing DAMAGE to myself.

Of course, I had just read the Rhabdo article that day, and was convinced I was going to be peeing grape soda later.

Re: Still sore/fatigued after Barbara Lite...

I apparently didn't scale Barbara correctly for me (10-20-30-40) when I did it yesterday, and though I'm not sore, I still feel it today.

Nevertheless, I'm definitely hitting the C&J today.

To be fair to those that aren't Ironman level - that phrase is used for newb and BOP sprinters as well...

By the way, your seat is too high.
