After looking at it, I think that it may be too much for now. I'll cycle it. My PC and DL are pretty solid...my FS and OHP, not so much.

3 days, I doubt it. PC to BS ratio looks good though BS is low for now. DL looks alright.

22, you can do it.

Are you also doing CF WOD's besides this?

Re: Wendler's 5/3/1 - Programming Changes

Wendler recommends Cleans either before Squats or DL's following the 5/3/1 rep scheme.

Workout A - Power Clean
Workout B - Front Squat
Workout C - Over Head Press
Workout D - Deadlift

Frequency: 3 days per week (ABC, DAB, CDA, BCD, ABC, DAB)

Workout Waves - stay the same

Assistance Work - The Triumvirate (main lift, 2 assistance movements)

Notes: 90% of 1RM on first cycle, 5lbs to bench/OHP and 10lbs to front squat/deadlift

Other: will work in Pull/Push/Sit Ups, etc

How does this look?
Updated.

What he means is cleans as a warmup for the deadlift.

The reason Olympic lifts and their variants aren't used for linear progression terribly often (besides Starting Strength) is because the failure point is often technique and not strength. So you're not stalling because you have reached a strength plateau to work through.

I don't know if I missed this somewhere in the thread, but what is your hang up with not doing bench press? I can understand front squat to back squat, but I don't get dropping the other upper body lift for another mostly lower body one.
