Sweeeeeet. And it's PALEO right?
I bet if that PWO drink was a protein shake with carbs added, it'd whoop Chocolate milk as a work recovery drink...ten times over. Who the hell just drinks a CARB drink after they workout if they know ANYTHING about training!??!!

Alan Aragon put chocolate milk up against surge recovery and chocolate milk came out on top i do believe. Just google Alan Aragon chocolate milk if you would like to read it.

The study was done at the U of Texas at Austin and below is a link to more details. If you read well down into the comments the study author, Dr. Ivy, eventually replies to several questions and clarifies a few issues.

I drink the TruMoo or Promise Land brand. Promise Land is going to be more expensive but it's worth it

For you americans, thats about 9oz and a quart, respectively.

People looking to answer a question they already know the answer to, and probably have an agenda about??

Also, there's a great study on pubmed comparing duct tape versus ice in the treatment of verucas - I think the former was better!

Chocolate milk is chocolate milk, whether or nnot it has HFCS or high levels of sugar. When it comes to $$$, definitley the best P.O. drink

probably not paleo, especially for blacks and asians, cause we get the diarrhea with it. I don't think paleo man snuck up on wild cows and milked them, then traveled thousands of miles to obtain the rind of a random fruit in some forest, dried it, and then put it in said milk. In fact in nature, its quite an abberation that humans drink other animal's milk....or is it an abomination?
