Crossfit Total Max Press Max Deadlift Max Front Squat Actually only got one of the 3 done 95x5, 135x1 155x1 185x1 205x1 225x1 250-255x1 (I think?, I was in hurry on the last one so I am not sure on this one) Sidenote: I am so worn down and feeling not good....I worked all weekend and the holiday so wasnt able to workout since Friday. I think I will play it by ear as far as workouts.....have 2 games Saturday ..... |

Main site Rest Day, Crossfit CC Skill Day Completed another portion of Crossfit Total Had never done back squats at CFCC....previous FS PR was 110 Back Squats 45x5 95x5 125x1 135x1 145x20 Notes: I definatly do better when I squat to touch (ie a box) Very tight from deadlifts and practice yesterday |

Clean and Jerk 3-3-3-3-3 welllllllllll not the easiests lift for me....glad it was just Mayaan and I, so that Erin could give us 1,0000 pointers.....which were much needed Ended up with: 45x5 65x5 95x3 or 5? 115x3 115x3 115x1 and then I smacked my chin on the bar......so it ended there. Had our annual tournament this weekend...lost to Atlanta 31-21 in league play Saturday. Need today off, be back on Tues |

So I accidentally on purpose took a week off.....after last weekend's tournament (we had 4 games) and a crazy few weeks where I tried to play rugby at 100% and xfit 5 days a week...I was tiiiiiiiiirrrred and my body was not happy. So this past week , the only thing I did to workout was go to practice. I feel better, rejuvinated and not so worn.
Monday, September 21 Mainsite Rest Day=CFCC Squat Clean 65x3 85x3 95x3 115x3 125x3 135x1 (F) 135x1 (F) The last two fails, I powered cleaned and then did not get under the bar to squat...ugh |
