Question about Helton.

Was "Helton" supposed to be done using (2) 50lb DBs or just one?

I don't have DBs so I used a 100lb Barbell. Took me 1:01:00. I really wanted to quit after the 2nd Rd, but kept on going. The Main Site instructions were not real clear on the matter and there is no demonstrations that I could find on the site.

Re: Question about Helton.

A pair of 50# DB's, one for each hand!
