I'm curious what schedule most people are following if the are IF? I've been doing roughly 15 hr overnight. Is this something I should try to do every day, few days a week, etc.? Do you ever throw in a 24 hr fast? I usually work out first thing in the morning; should I eat something if my 15 hrs is not up yet? Curious how long people have been doing it for and if they noticed a difference, thanks

I usually fast only one or two times a week. Feel a lot lighter lately. More vascular as well. Best of all it takes a load off not having to prepare meals the night before. Gets tiresome after awhile always in the kitchen cooking.

Have you checked the previous threads on IF? Loads of info in them and they address your questions pretty thouroughly.
