I'm going to try as rx'd for the first time
Can't wait to finish work, reckon I can pull this one off.
Pullups will be the killer I think and will need to breakdown to sets of 5. Have recently decided that my goal is to be capable of as rx'd everyday.... Results later. |

How long have you been CF'ing? Just a word of caution, Barbara is deceivingly one of the worst WOD's there is in terms of crushing people and making them meet pukie. Good Luck if that happens to be the WOD your doing today. Let us know how it goes.

I hate to be "that guy" right now, but I would note in your journal or log or however you track your results that not all pull-ups were full ROM. It's awesome that you went for RX'd, but true RX'd would be full ROM on all pull-ups. Plus you'll know you've progressed when you can compleet it with full ROM pull-ups, even if your time is slower.
Great work though, going for 'as RX'd' for the first time is definitely something to be proud about! |

Cheers for the support guys.
Don't worry, there will be a big note in my training log when I can do 20 pull ups and be sure they were all full ROM. Especially if they are Kipping! Was most amusing, on the last set I was struggling to do 2 pressups in a row. Getting to the squats was a relief, I love squats now. Off to an affiliate for the first time tomorrow for some coaching and a session.. Later, Mick |
