I have decided to post a log after some encouragement from JD (JD's chronicle) since we workout together.
SO LET GET STARTED.
no idea of my body fat but am lean.
Started doing crossfit by myself in April when I came across it from a police website. (I am a LEO/Firefighter). I had to scale the workouts for about the first two-three months, mainly doing the workouts from the main page.
My first Fran time was 14:45 on 07/07/08.
Near the end July I joined MotorcityCrossfit and really started to see the effects of crossfit. I think it was having a coach who showed me the proper techiniques of the Olympic lifting and pushing me. It also helped having people like JD pushing myself.
My Fran time on 08/23/08 was down to 9:09, I have gotten a Muscle-up since then. Helen is 9:52
I am still developing Alot of stength in my Squats, Front squats and Deadlifts. They were very neglected while just doing the normal routine of weight lifting. (Never liked doing them).
So tonight I will post my workout results and keep a better log then the one in my notebook.

finish with 10x45lbs ohs.
10x3 of 155lbs
practice halting deadlifts for cleans and snatch.
