I don't intend to be dissuaded! Now, to go gather some data to support this conclusion...

Renee, I for one would be stoked if I could find a female who could kick my butt in the WOD. Or better yet, that would be relatively evenly-matched wit me, so we can compete!

i can't compete with crossfitters yet. I'm only in between pack and puppy using brandx scaling...but i can kick the butt of most if not all non-crossfitting men i've worked out with. so that's something : )
