That is definitely enough of an effort. I will be at the NOR CAL regional qualifiers. I figure that is plenty of effort.

Not even sure what the water proof comment is referring to, too many possibilities and I don't want to venture a guess. But that girl moved out a couple months ago...

WIth you, anything is possible. That comment has many meanings. More reason to go to florida. You really need to host a cert.

Well, there are those damndable "Pole Classes" and stuff like that. If you going to do something like that, make it intense. Throw some inverted burpees or O-lifts in there
