Conditioning 30 minutes of interval training at the park this morning. Weather was rocking!!!

I decided to forego Starting Strength....1) Looked to intimidating and 2) Don't think I can fit it around my classes and Crossfit....

Did some stretching, rolling and a few calisthenics so not to remain as stiff as I have been. My back was still stiff but felt much better.
