Cool! J'adore NYC et j'y vais souvent car j'ai pluisieurs amis là-bas Je suis de Montréal mais j'habite présentement à Laval et je m'entraine chez CF Laval depuis le début mars.

After my Whole30 (strict Paleo) I find it actually quite easy to eat well! The only things I have added back in are real (non-Paleo) sushi from time to time (because I love it, though I realize now that I do not digest it well) and a glass of wine when I'm in the mood but not abusing. I did have a piece of Costco cake for my nephew's birthday last month and it was an epic fail - got really sick from it so I won't be doing that again.. surprisingly did not crave a lot of the bad foods I was eating before.. my only cravings really are for minimal sushi and wine...

I tend to eat a typical "breakfast" most days of 2-3 eggs, with either smoked salmon, bacon or "clean" sausage, 2 servings of veggies (often asparagus and carrots - I try to use different colours) and half an avocado. Sometimes I eat leftovers from the night before or I will make a frittata (like a quiche but no dairy)..... the more you can avoid sweet, the better - and you will find your tastes change a lot. If you *really* want something sweet, add a small serving of berries or some pineapple.. I sometimes make a spinach/banana smoothie as well before breakfast (sounds gross but soooo yummy - I use about 15 leaves of organic baby spinach, a banana, 4oz of coconut milk and 2oz of water)........ don't be afraid of adding more fat - my body was transformed and I was eating a ton of bacon, avocado, coconut milk/oil, olive oil, macadamia nut butter.. it's great for your brain and skin and muscles...... If ever I really want dessert after supper, I make a small cup (handful or less) of berries or mango with coconut milk or fry an apple in coconut oil with cinnamon and drizzle with coconut milk - totally satisfying!

  • 3 reps bench press @ 75lbs
  • 5 reps backsquat @ 105lbs
  • Result: 6 rounds

  • Ground beef with green peas, carrots, oignons, olive oil
  • Sweet potato with olive oil (a lot of oil)
  • 3 raspberries :\

I'm not hungry...! But I still ate a LOT of that beef "stir fry"...
