Crossfit NOMAD in Portland, OR. I'm a former wrestler who has been doing CF and some powerlifting training. My goal is to compete in the 2012 sectionals, and we'll see from there. I'm doing my own programming, using the CFSB template, adding in a bench press day. I keep a log at the gym, but since I lift on my own, I was hoping to get some encouragement on days where I'm not pushing myself mentally. Comments and thoughts would be welcome by all.
