One of the related videos is for a jump rope with no rope.....because jumping rope was so complicated.

Is the PowerPlate related too, then? It just seems like an updated version of the old butt-shaking belt things. I remember hopping on one at my aunts house as a kid. We all wanted to use it because when we talked during usage we sounded like we were talking into a fan.

I don't know about the Flex Belt and the rope-less jump rope, but at least the Shake Weight is a functional movement that mimics a real-life action. I think CrossFit should get on board.

Huh? I don't see it being all that functional for guys...

...unless they're into that stuff. Which is fine, nothing wrong with that.

5 Rounds for time:
- Shake Weight 1 Minute
- Wear Ab Belt for 1 Minute
- Jiggle Butt for 1 Minute
(Rest as needed between rounds, but keep the intensity high)
