3 rounds + walk back and forth to cardio room
400m
21 50 lb kb swings
12 pull ups

135 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
135 pound Hang power clean, 12 reps
135 pound Front Squat, 9 reps
135 pound Push Jerk, 6 reps

5 mins on bike cool down

100 pushups
100 situps
100 squats

Messed around on the bike/stepmill/row for 20 mins after
