Hi all, just completed my first crossfit workout and thought I would also try my first post. I have been practicing the crossfit exercises since SLAP tear surgery last May and finally felt ready to get going. So I did 10 sets of 10,9,8...1 for bodyweight DL and 3/4 bodyweight bench. I weigh 178. Time was 1005. Felt great. Got the DL ok but had to rack the bench a few times for a second or two.
