I made a 16-minute soundtrack for the Tabata Something Else WOD complete with distinct chimes for the intervals.

I have the chimes in a separate audio track, so if you have 16 minutes of music, it would be easy to make more soundtracks. Let me know if you're interested. I would be happy to host the finished file.

20 seconds is soooo loooong when you're trying to sing along to the song and Tabata!

John,

You're a lifesaver. I've been using the interval timer on my Timex Ironman watch, but the chimes aren't very loud, so I have to give up any music when doing Tabata This or Tabata Something Else.

John-you rule!

I'm still trying to find the best solution for mixing MP3s, with headphones, and pitch control. (Numark has a great board that you plug two ipods in, but alas, has no pitch control!!!)

By the way, I created these using Audacity, which is free: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ . I think you need to download an MP3 plugin, but that's free also.
