Started the First day of Crossfit training Monday Feb 5, 2007 Working out with A.C.

Starting weight
Ran 15 minutes
3 x 15 back extensions
3 x 10 sit up(red ball leg)
warm up set squats 5 x 135 lbs
5 x 5 sets 225 lbs.

best leg workout in long time. Very intense and no b.s. 'n around. Lookin forward to tomorrow

Warmups

50 squat thrusts (30 reps 95 lbs.)
(20 reps 45 lbs ) brutal

30 pullups ( 4 unassisted)
(6, 6, 7, 5, 1, 1)

100 feet lunges

Time 31 minutes

Just from first 2 workouts, already loving the intensity and variety of the workouts.

warm up 10 minute bike

half mile run, 50 back ext., 50 sit ups
half mile run, 25 side ext., 25 side ext., 50 situps
half mile run, 50 back ext., 50 situps

TIME 27:51

My favorite thing tonight was seeing how everyone else was doing regular weights and the time they were wasting bull****tin.... and seeing how my workout was totally working the whole time with no waste time.....!!!!!!!
