Frank, I think that schedule is common among CFitters who 'black box', but you may consider having your first or third day be your ME day.
Day - Reason
1st - You really want to focus on lifting, you want to be the freshest you can be for ME.
2nd - Provides a nice break between CFit WoDs.
3rd - You want to focus on the WoDs, and be freshest for them. And/or you don't mind lifting heavy when you're more tired.
You'll need to weigh these reasons (and others I haven't covered) to decide. Or perhaps take a couple of weeks like this:
WoD/Rest/ME/Wod/Rest/WoD/ME, since it's a seven day rotation it's easier to schedule.
This is assuming that you're doing a couple of different 'workouts' on your ME days, like single days focused on:
Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Front squat,
Squat 5x5, Deadlift 5x5, Squat 3x3, Deadlift 3x3.
If you're just working your squat (or just one lift, that is), then you may only need one session a week of ME.
Just a couple of thoughts.
