just wanted to say that i like the site's new look. is there anyway to get the WOD in the old style (three days at a time) instead of having to log in everyday? i ask this because lately i have beentraveling away from home 3-5 days at a time and don't always have access to the internet. i used to print out the WOD, put it in a three ring binder and take it with me.

Scott,
I totally agree with you, I wish they would go back to the three days in advance so I could make arrangements when I have to do a substitution. My gym has some of the crossfit equipment and I have some kettlebells... but I wish I could find a place that had everything! I live in a co-op so no garage gym, I couldnt afford it anyway. Well I hope the good people of CrossFit take it into consideration! I just read another post saying that someone was one week behind the WODs so they could always have the materials.
Thats a good idea but right now Im right on track, what would I do for a week?
